Shipping & Returns

Drea' Custom Designs has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our work.   We fully guarantee all our custom work to be free from defects in workman craftsmanship and material.  Any claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.   

There is a 20% restock fee for a change or cancellation after the fabric has been cut, but no labor has occurred.

Cancellations will not be allowed once production labor has begun.

Returns and Reworks
Drea Custom Designs products are custom made to order and cannot be returned for any reason except fabrication defect .

Claims must be made within 15 days of shipment.

If it is determined that the problem was due to Drea Custom Designs error, we will repair or remake and reship your order to you. Replacement products will be made to the original specifications.

Remakes or reworks due to customer error will incur labor charges plus any additional fabric charges and return shipping.

Cancellations

There is a 20% restock fee on all custom orders (not including custom window treatments)  that are cancelled once ordered.   No cancellations are allowed once production has started.  This is per the manufacturer.

Shipping Policies

All custom items will be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS Ground.  All packages are insured for the full retail price.  All swatches will be shipped via USPS First class mail.  Upgrade shipping is optional on all items.
