Our Guarantee Drea’ Custom Designs has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our work. We fully guarantee all of our custom work to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. We take great pride in crafting our products with only the highest quality supplies and fabrics. We have a deep passion for what we do, and ensure that care and attention to detail is reflected in every customer experience.
Custom Orders All products offered by Drea’ Custom Designs, including custom pillows and drapery hardware, are made to order and built to your exact specifications. Because of this, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, changed, or refunded at any time.
Returns & Reworks Custom made-to-order products cannot be returned for any reason except fabrication defect. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
If it is determined that there was a fabrication defect, Drea’ Custom Designs will repair or remake and reship your order free of charge. Replacement products will be made to the original specifications.
Remakes or reworks needed due to customer error will incur labor charges, plus any additional fabric charges and return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy All custom pillow orders ship FedEx Ground from our workroom. Fabric swatches ship via USPS. Drapery hardware ships directly from the manufacturer via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Expedited shipping upgrades are available on custom pillow orders.
Lead Times
Fabric Swatches In-stock swatches ship within 24–48 hours of order placement.
Custom Pillows Custom pillows have a 2–3 week lead time before shipping. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please inquire when placing your order.
Rush orders are available on custom pillows on an “as possible” basis and may not be available during peak or holiday seasons. Rush orders incur a 30% upcharge. Please inquire about current availability before requesting a rush order.
Drapery Hardware All drapery hardware is custom and made to order. Lead times vary by brand:
- Paris Texas Hardware — 21-day lead time. All items are custom painted to order, then shipped directly from the manufacturer via UPS or FedEx Ground.
- Aria Hardware — 5-day lead time, then shipped directly from the manufacturer via FedEx Ground.
Because all hardware is custom made to order, the manufacturers do not allow cancellations or returns under any circumstances.
