Shipping and Returns

Drea’ Custom Designs has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our work.  We fully guarantee all of our custom work to be free from defects in workman craftsmanship and material.  We take great pride in crafting our products with only the highest quality supplies and fabrics.  We have a deep passion for what we do, and ensure care and attention to detail reflects in customer experience.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are built to your exact specifications and begin once your order is placed.  Therefore custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, changed, or refunded at any time.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all orders (not including custom window treatments and custom hardware) that are canceled once ordered.  This is per the select manufacturers. 

Returns and Reworks

Drea’ Custom Designs custom made to order products cannot be returned for any reason except fabrication defect.  Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

If it is determined that there was a fabrication defect, Drea’ Custom Designs will repair or remade and reship your order to you free of charge. Replacement products will be made to the original specifications.

Remakes or reworks needed due to customer error will incur labor charges plus any additional fabric charges and return shipping.

Shipping Policy

All orders shipped from Drea’ Custom Designs workroom will ship FedEx ground.  All swatches are shipped USPS unless otherwise ordered.  All orders from other manufacturers will ship per manufacturer’s choice.  Upgrade shipping is available on all orders unless otherwise stated.

Lead Time

Swatches in stock ship out within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Non-custom drapes and pillows ship within 7-10 days.

Custom made to order window treatments are shipped within 4-6 weeks during normal periods.  During peak periods and holiday times, the lead time can extend to 6-8 weeks.  Please inquire when placing your order if you have a specific date you are in need of your order.

Rush orders or jobs that are taken out of order will be available on an “as possible” basis. This option may not be available during the holiday season. Rush orders will incur a 30% upcharge. Please inquire about the current lead time before requesting a rush order.
