When you partner with Drea Custom Designs, you gain access to twenty years of specialized expertise in custom window treatments, someone who can look at a fabric and see the finished treatment before it’s made, who understands proportion, light, and architecture, and who is genuinely invested in the success of your project and the satisfaction of your client.

Here is what working with me as a trade partner actually means, honestly and specifically:

My expertise, brought to your projects.

This is the most valuable thing I offer and the hardest to put a price on. I can see finished designs in fabric before they exist, which means I can help you and your clients visualize treatments they can’t quite picture on their own. I understand how light moves through a room, how fabric behaves at scale, and what hardware detail will make the difference between a treatment that looks good and one that looks extraordinary. That eye is yours to use.

C.O.M. fabrication services.

Send me your fabric and I’ll fabricate it into beautifully finished custom window treatments. I handle the construction to my exact standards, the same standards I apply to every project that carries my name. Accurate yardage and trim calculations are included, so your orders arrive right the first time.

Access to exclusive Drea Custom Designs pillow fabric.

I have exclusive fabric for the custom pillows that I am designing which will be available soon. These are not the trending designer fabrics your clients will find in every showroom or see in three of their neighbors’ homes. They are exclusive to this brand. Trade partners receive 30% off retail pricing on custom pillows, giving you and your clients access to something genuinely one-of-a-kind at a meaningful value.

Vendor access where you need it.

If you don’t have an established account with a particular fabric supplier I work with, I can extend my trade pricing to you on a case-by-case basis. This is most useful for designers earlier in their practice or for one-off projects where establishing a new vendor relationship isn’t practical. I’ll always be straightforward about what I can and can’t extend, if you already have the same account I do, I’ll tell you that directly.

Priority processing.

Trade partner orders are prioritized to help you meet your project timelines and client commitments. I understand that your deadlines are tied to your reputation, and I treat them accordingly.

A Note on Transparency

I believe the best professional relationships are built on honesty, so I want to be clear about what this partnership does and doesn’t include.

Fabrication pricing reflects the cost of quality work. I don’t compete on price, I compete on expertise, craftsmanship, and the confidence that what leaves my hands will reflect well on both of us. If you’re primarily looking for the lowest fabrication cost, I may not be the right fit, and I’d rather be upfront about that than waste your time.

The program is open to licensed interior designers, interior decorators, architects, and design-build contractors. Businesses outside the design industry are not eligible. Approval is at my sole discretion and based on fit, not volume.

How to Apply

Applications are reviewed personally. I respond within 24–48 business hours and approach every application as a potential long-term relationship, not a transaction.

  1. Complete the application form below, including your business information and a brief description of your practice and the types of projects you work on.
  2. Email your qualifying documents — a valid business license, resale certificate, or professional credentials confirming your design practice.
  3. I’ll review your application personally and follow up within 24–48 business hours to discuss next steps.

Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation with everything you need to begin working together.
