How to Measure Your Windows for Drapes
Step 1. Select Single Panel or Pair
Select single panel if you want one drapery panel to cover the entire width of your window. This is most used in stationary or decorative drapery panels.
Select pair if you want two drapery panels to cover the entire width of your window. This is most used in functional drapery panels that you intend to open and close frequently. It is also used in decorative drapery panels.
Step 2. Select Width
Measure the entire width that you want covered by the drapery panels. Fullness is already added into the drapery panels.
Tip: If you already have your drapery rod installed, your width should be the same length as your drapery rod.
Tip: Whenever space permits, we recommend adding 6-12 inches to your total width. This will make your room appear larger, as well as maintain as much natural light when the drapery panels are open.
Step 3. Select Finished Length
This will be the finished length for your drapery panels. Measure from the top of your drapery rod and finish wherever you would like your drapery panels to stop.
Tip: We recommend adding 1-3” to the length for uneven floors.

What is different about these drapes?
Our drapery panels are hand crafted right here in the USA. Each fabric is hand selected from exclusive trade only designer fabric. We only use the highest quality supplies from premium Hanes linings and interlinings to top of the line threads. Every drapery panel is inspected for quality, professionally fan folded and wrapped for protection.
How do I select the correct lining?
Linings provide both an aestetic look as well as serves a function. To ensure you have the correct lining, you must start with the function you are trying to serve. If you would like to block all light and need a sound barrier, select a blackout lining. If your main function is more aestetic then select a privacy lining. Privacy lining is a cotton lining to enhance the look of your drapey panel, as well as provide some privacy and UV protection. Light will still filter through a privacy lining. Unlined panels are only recommended for our linen drapery panels as well as our sheer and cotton drapes.
How do I clean my custom drapes?
It is recommended to lightly vacuum your drapery panels every so often to keep them free from dust and debris. If your curtains obtain a stain, it is recommeded to have them dry cleaned by a professional dry cleaner that specializes in custom drapery.
