VALANCES

Our best selling balloon shade is now available in a top treatment.  The balloon valance is a non functional top treatment that has the look of a real shade, but is non operational.  Finished length for the valance is available in either 12" or  20".  Available in many custom widths.  All rings are handsewn for a professional finish.   Shirred heading is available in either a 3" rod pocket finish or board mount.  The pleated heading is only available in the board mount.  All hardware is included for installation.
