Balloon Valance

Our best selling balloon shade is now available in a top treatment.  The balloon valance is a non functional top treatment that has the look of a real shade, but is non operational.  Finished length for the valance is 22".  Available in many custom sizes.  All rings are handsewn for a professional finish.  Lined in suedelining for semi blackout affect.  Available in either a 3" rod pocket finish or board mount.  All hardware is included for installation.
