Sweepstakes at Drea’ Custom Designs
Official Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes at Drea’ Custom Designs is open only to legal residents of the fifty(50) United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Drea’ Designs, LLC, and their parents and affiliate companies as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitute entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrators’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. How to enter sweepstakes. You must have a Facebook account. You may create a Facebook account by accessing Facebook at http://www.facebook.com and following the instructions to create an account for free. Information you provide to Facebook to open an account is subject to Facebook's privacy policy, located at www.facebook.com/privacy. Once you have a Facebook account, to enter this Sweepstakes, please access the Drea Custom Designs page on Facebook located at http://www.facebook.com/DreaCustomDesigns and then click on the 'Like' button (if you have previously liked the Sponsor's Facebook Page, you will not be required to repeat this action for entry). When the Facebook permissions box opens, you must click yes to allow the application to access your information described on the box. Complete the online entry form by providing your name, complete address, email, phone number(s), gender, date of birth and other applicable information to complete your entry in the Sweepstakes (Entrant). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to opt-in to receive emails and other marketing materials and information from Sponsor. You will not be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes by only clicking on the Like button
3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2011 at 12:00am. Central Time (CT) and ends January 31, 2012, at 11:59pm Central Time (CT).
4. Mandatory Facebook Disclosure: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsored or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Drea' Designs, LLC, not to Facebook. The information you provide, will only be used for administering the sweepstakes, and marketing purposes in accordance with Drea' Designs, LLC privacy policy which can be found at www.dreacustomdesigns.com/privacy.
5. Prize: One (1) Grand prize: A $500 gift certificate. Gift certificate is valid for the purchase of custom home decor items at www.dreacustomdesigns.com. Prize certificate cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons. Winner may ot transfer prize to another winner. Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on prize. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period.
6. Grand Prize Drawing: The winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held on or about February 15, 2012. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail address provided upon entry, within 15 days of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify potential winner. The winner will have 3 days to respond or another winner will be selected. The potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and where lawful, a publicity consent and release agreement, all within 30 days of notification or attempted notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law and upon request will provide such consent in writing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final, and (b) that Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, legal advisors and advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due entries, mail, or e-mail; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or entity it finds to be attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes at Drea’ Custom Designs.
8. Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Louisiana having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
9. Entrant’s Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to Drea’ Designs, LLC Privacy Policy.
10. Winner List: For the winner list, send an email with subject line: Sweepstakes, Winner List Request to info@dreacustomdesigns.com. Request must be received by March 1, 2012.
