F.A.Q.'s

What method of payment do you accept?

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club
  • Debit Cards: With a Visa or Mastercard logo
  • Money Orders
  • Personal Checks: Orders will not begin until check has cleared. Approximately 3-4 days.
  • Installment Plan:  Payment for your order will be split in half.  You will be charged a 50% downpayment to secure your order the date you place your order.  You will then be billed the remainder 50% upon completion of your order.  This is an interest free payment plan.  Note:  No orders will be shipped until payment is received in full.

How are orders shipped?

  • Swatches are shipped first class via USPS.
  • All other items are shipped Fedex ground or express or UPS Ground.
  • Furniture: Ships directly from manufacturer, ususally UPS ground.

How fast will I get my order?

  • Lead time on all custom window treatments are 2-5 weeks.  During the holiday seasons, October - January, lead time may take anywhere from 3-5 weeks due to the over flow of orders.
  • Lead time on custom furniture is 4-6 weeks.  During busy seasons lead time may take 6-8 weeks.  This is standard from the manufacturer.
  • Lead time on custom drapery hardware is usually 1-2 weeks.  Most orders normally ship within 4-5 days.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships out, it normally takes, 3-7 days depending on your location.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS or FedEx.

 Do you offer designer discounts?

We do offer exclusive designer discounts with our trade only program.  This program is available to architects, interior designers, and contractors with a verifiable business.  Please view the trade program application, or contact us a trade@dreacustomdesigns.com for more information.  Once your account is approved, you will receive a welcome email to get started, as well as a welcome kit in the mail within 1-2 weeks.

You may request a free catalog here.   

I already have my fabric, do you create custom window treatments if I provide my own fabric?

Yes, we have a custom workroom that works with customer's own material.  Please download the appropriate for and fax it to us toll free at 1-800-768-0542.  You will receive a quote within 24 hours.  Once you have accepted the quote, mail us your fabric along with the downloaded form and the quote to Drea' Custom Designs, Attn: C.O.M. Department, 2032 Westbend Parkway, New Orleans, LA 70114.  You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order.  All orders from out custom workroom ship free of charge in 3-4 weeks.
